1) Working environment - Do work at the place where ventilation is well. - Keep away from the fire. - Do wear safety mask or special cloth in order to protect eyes, skin, respiratory organs, etc. - Keep away from any dirty, dust, etc that affect the quality of coated surface of media. - Do not use other manufacturer's pre-coating chemical or unauthorized Dilute solution (It affects printing quality and compatibility between ink & pre-coating chemical.). - Keep away from the place where exists humidity (The humidity causes tiny bubble on the surface of coating on media.). - Do spray pre-coating chemical where is no dust. 2) How to use pre-coating chemical - Remove any rust, water, oil, spot, dust on printing media properly. - Spray pre-coating chemical equally on the surface of printing media without any dirty. - Dry pre-coated media in the place where is no dust. (Drying time: 5-6 minutes under room temperature) - Print out on dried media according to user's guide. - Dry printed media in cleaned place where is no any dust. (Full drying time: 1 hour under room temperature, 5 ~ 10 minutes at 80 Celsius degree) * Attention !! Do not touch with hand before dried fully. |
