Features

	1. Variable Color Configuration + Easy Upgrade PP3220UV offers 4 color to 8 color, up to 16 KM1024 / 8 Gen5 configuration to satisfy different customers different request for high speed, high resolution, special white and varnish application on different substrates.

	2. Automatic Anti-crash Sensor The safety anti-crash sensor design can detect the media circumstance beforehand and protect the print heads from a crush hazard. While the anti-crash sensor detects that the edge of media is cocked, the machine will initiate an emergency stop to prevent print head from damage.

	3. Automatic Registration Pin System Automatic registration pin system aid easy edge to edge printing, which simplifies the media location and ensure high precision printing output.

	4. Automatic Media Thickness Measurement System The auto media calibration pin automatically detects and gauges the distance between the print heads and loaded media then automatically adjusts to the optimized print height based on the thickness of the loaded media.

	5. White Ink Recirculation PP3220UV offers eight major utilizing white ink applications. White ink recirculation results in an effective elimination of ink starvation and protects print heads from clogging hazard.

	6. Dual Automatic Adjustment Negative Pressure System Independent negative pressure system for white color provide guarantee for continuously and stable printing. Self-adjusting design makes negative pressure more stable.

	7. Roll to Roll (Optional) For this printer, roll to roll is optional, which can print on 1.6m width roll to media.

Varnish Solution PP3220 UV's optional varnish not only enhances the visual quality but also creates the tactile attribute of graphics. Users are able to apply varnish directly on graphics via print heads as either an all-over coating or as a spot-highlighting, giving your printings more vivid and brighter finish.
